The objective of this project was to redesign and renovate a large 300sqm room that was previously used as a TV area with a stage and backdrop. The new footprint divides the space into three areas: the living, the dining and the lounge area. The idea is to create a comfortable space where a family can enjoy their time during the different day-to-day activities together. Surfaces of the room are cladded with premium material. On the floor, we have different types of marble, small mosaics and parquet. The floor is elevated in some parts to emphasize the three aforementioned areas. On the walls, we mostly have neutral off-white paneling combined with the custom-made artwork and wooden design. Structure of the ceiling was kept as it was before with additional artwork in two domes that blend and match together with the art on the walls. The space is designed to reflect warmth and a welcoming feel, where a family can spend memorable moments together and invite family and friends.
