An existing five bedroom villa that Eclectic interiors was assigned to turn into a larger space and expand into having four master bedrooms with a gym, a wide living and dining area for a luxurious residential experience. The spectacular 535 sqm Jumeriah Villa is a supreme representation of elegance and privacy with its own private pool designed over a land of approximately 1,900sqm. Our aim was to add a modern extension to the existing traditional villa and combine them together with a developed landscape area.

The new extension contains the new living and dining space with a colossal open glass to adjust the indoor and outdoor proportions where outdoor lighting is then smoothly brought in to the interior. The color in the natural environment comes from light. The color in the space comes from natural materials for an elegant experience. The space itself ultimately achieved its natural aim in relationship between external and internal users.
